Snoop Special Stars Camp for ALL Special Needs Participants 5-18+

**All participants must complete a waiver form in order to participate. Please make sure to contact me if you haven’t received one. Please make sure to bring with you to turn in, we will have extra copies.

** ALL players/cheerleaders signed up to participate during the Flag/Cheer season MUST attend the camp. We will be having cheer fittings for uniforms and also will need players sizes for game uniforms.

**Please bring contract and physical form completed to the camp on May 4th

Practice/game info will be given out at the Camp.
